Welcome to our school

St John's School, Roma, is a Catholic, co-educational school providing outstanding educational opportunities for students from Prep to Year 12. It has an enrolment of approximately 700 students. St John's is distinctively defined by its students who always prove to be a group of friendly, intelligent, enthusiastic and creative individuals.

St John's was established in 1881 by the Sisters of Mercy (whose founder is Catherine McAuley), Catherine McAuley believed she could make a difference in children's lives by providing them with an education centred upon the care and development of faith. This spirit still lives amongst us at St John's in our day to day lives. We help your child discover and develop their inner spirit and strength of character. Learning about themselves and the difference they can make, is as important as what they learn inside the classroom. We believe success is not what they become, but who they become.

The St John's community considers it a privilege to be involved in the education of your child. We bid you a warm welcome to our website and invite you to contact the school should you wish to learn more about us.
